About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the mobile development efforts. You will drive app architecture, mentor engineers, optimize performance for scale, and collaborate directly with product managers to shape product roadmap execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and top-tier app performance.
- Mentor and lead junior/mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Implement advanced state management, offline-first syncing strategies, and complex animations.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and distribution pipelines (App Store Connect / Play Console).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Backend, DevOps) to define feature roadmaps.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years specifically in Flutter/Dart.
- Deep knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) build tools and platform channels.
- Proven track record of architecting and scaling complex apps with high user volumes.
- Strong knowledge of security standards, dynamic linking, encryption, and push notification systems.
- Exceptional leadership and technical communication abilities.
